Ola Pono Ike Support
Each year, Hawaii Medical Association hosts an annual fundraiser and banquet, "Ola Pono Ike" (Health is Knowledge) to highlight issues in health care and raise funds for non-profit health care organizations. The 2010 event is October 2, 5:30pm at the Sheraton Waikiki.
Supporting Ola Pono Ike helps promote access to quality health care in Hawaii, and builds brand awareness among Hawaii's medical community. Each year Ola Pono Ike welcomes a who's who of health care, business, and community leaders. You are invited to participate with a display table and sponsorship package.
Ola Pono Ike Sponsorships & Display Tables: Participation in the Ola Pono Ike sponsorship program will provide sponsors significant exposure at the event and year-long exposure to HMA's unique physician market. Three sponsorship levels are available - $5k, $10k, and $25k - as well as a "supporter" level at $3k.
Advertising and marketing benefits may include:
- Display table at Ola Pono Ike
- Tickets to Ola Pono Ike
- Advertising in HMA publications
- Name and/or logo recognition on Ola Pono Ike publicity materials
- Link to sponsor's website from HMA home page ($5k and higher)

HMA Directory of Physicians
The HMA Directory of Physicians is a comprehensive resource for the medical community and anyone who works with them. The publication lists contact information for Hawaii physicians, HMA members and non-members, with special recognition for HMA members. It also contains the following listings:
- Hospitals and health care facilities
- Pharmacies
- Physicians by specialty
- Physicians by geographical location
Distribution of approximately 1000 includes a complimentary copy for HMA Members and purchased copies by medical/health care organizations and the public.
Display Advertising:
In late 2010/early 2011 HMA will be soliciting for advertising for the 2011 Directory, to be published the summer of 2011. In the meantime, please view the 2010 rate card for general pricing and specifications (subject to change). For more information, contact HMA, (808) 536-7702.

Classified Notices
Online job postings and classifed notices are available on HMA's Classified Ads page.
Online job postings are free for positions available and/or wanted in the Hawaii health care industry, subject to approval by HMA. Postings are available online for 30 days, after which a new request must be submitted to continue posting.
All other classifieds are $30 per listing, with 50 words maximum and expiration after 30 days. To continue ads past the 30-day deadline, please resubmit after the expiration.
